BINAWAT REALTY LLP began as Nilesh Constructions in 1999, founded by Mr. Shekhar P. Binawat. With over 24 years of experience and 16+ completed residential and commercial projects across Hadapsar and South Pune, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering affordable and quality living solutions.

In 2016, Nilesh Constructions evolved into BINAWAT REALTY LLP, with Mrs. Babita Shekhar Binawat and Mr. Nilesh Shekhar Binawat joining as partners. Today, the company is a prominent player in Real Estate, Infrastructure Development, and Hospitality, known for its customer-centric approach and sustainable growth.
